Our houses are available for rent by the week (Friday to Friday/Monday to Monday), for a long weekend (Friday to Monday) or for a mid-week break (Monday to Friday). The rates are all-inclusive; there are no extra charges. All prices in CHF.
In the Oberhus, two additional beds (folding beds) can be set up in the library on request. The price for an additional bed is CHF 100 for a stay of three or four nights and CHF 150 for a stay of one week (CHF 200 in the High Season).
Our calendar shows when the houses are available for bookings and which dates are classed as Low, Mid or High Season.

The following services are included: local tax, bed linen, towels and bath robes, weekly cleaning for extended stays, final cleaning, electricity and water charges, Wifi, and VAT.
Coffee, tea, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar are at our guests' disposal throughout their stay. The tap water in Leis comes from a local spring. It is drinking water of the highest quality.
